Refund policy

  • SALE ITEMS, accessories, jewelry, scarves, headbands, basics and belts are considered final sale and cannot be returned
  • STORE CREDIT ONLY will be given for returned merchandise . Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of original shipment date. Merchandise must be returned in its unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition with original tags attached 
    • Merchandise can be returned online for online store credit only
    • Merchandise can be returned to our retail store for in-store credit only
  • Shoes must be unworn and placed in original, undamaged shoe box
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
  • In order to request an online return please call or email the store. 

Note: If merchandise is not returned in original form, it will not be eligible for return.

If you receive incorrect or defective merchandise, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 731-676-2223 or email us.

Processing

  • Returns are processed within 2-5 business days
  • Return shipping fee of $5 is the responsibility of the customer

Online Credit

  • An online gift code will be issued to the email address provided on your original order

Exchanges

  • Exchanges will only be performed in store at this time.
