Shipping & Returns

Return Policy

  • ALL SALE ITEMS, accessories, jewelry, scarves, headbands, basics and belts are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned
  • All returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of original shipment dateMerchandise must be returned in its unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition with original tags attached
    • Merchandise can be returned online for online store credit only
    • Merchandise can be returned to our retail store for in-store credit only
  • Shoes must be unworn and placed in original, undamaged shoebox
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
  • All returns require a completed Return Form which you will receive within your order.

Note: If merchandise is not returned in original form, it will not be eligible for return.

If you receive incorrect or defective merchandise, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 731-676-2335/731-676-0750or email us.

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING is available for all orders.

For orders within the continental United States (not including Alaska or Hawaii), we ship your order via USPS.

Expected Delivery Times:
All orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours. All orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be shipped by the following Tuesday. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times. Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order. Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped. Please remember that delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. You will be contacted by The Uptown Girl Boutique if you have selected an item that is currently out of stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. The Uptown Girl Boutique uses priority mail to ship most packages.

USPS Priority Mail
Orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained.Standard shipping orders leave our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days. These orders typically arrive within two to three business days from the time your package is confirmed and departs our warehouse (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the Continental United States.
